What to include once mail opens
- The page address and the section or property name.
- The statement that appears to be wrong or out of date.
- A current official source, where one is available.
- For a technical issue, the device, browser and a short description of what happened.
When routing is activated, do not email payment-card information, government identification, casino account credentials, health records or other sensitive personal information.
When to contact the property instead
For a reservation, cancellation, live rate, room request, lost item, accessibility arrangement, restaurant booking, loyalty account, casino account or current opening hours, use the official property website listed in the source register.
If gambling is causing concern, contact a provincial service directly through the Responsible gambling page. Wisebrook is not a counselling service and does not receive self-exclusion requests.
