Principle
A factual claim names something a current official source supports: a location, facility, provincial age rule, or published service.
An editorial observation explains what to notice or ask: room position, access after dark, independent operating hours, or the relationship between hotel and casino.
Wisebrook does not turn either category into a score. A characteristic can suit one trip and complicate another without making a property objectively better or worse.
Four layers
Official property pages tend to group amenities together. Wisebrook splits them apart so each can be verified on its own terms.
Room category alone does not describe the walk to it. Check floor, lift location, connecting doors, and proximity to ice machines or function space when those details matter.
